Risk service packaging tasks

Status: planned. Backlog: RI-02.

  • Assign owner and checkout after user confirmation.
  • Audit baseline and complete component specification and acceptance matrix.
  • Review shared contract and source-layer impacts.
  • Implement the agreed first milestone.
  • Verify behavior, failure cases and recovery with recorded commands/results.
  • Update component and shared docs, backlog and handoff evidence.

RI-08 local CI milestone; 2026-09-24​

  • Audit existing TraderX CI and external packaging revision.
  • Add/test missing composition, console and installed status-runtime checks (SC-RS01).
  • Exercise explicit-input external builder and schema/refusal smoke; reject wrong revision (SC-RS02).
  • Supply authorized external source checkout for upstream/hosted CI wiring.
  • Coordinator incorporation and first hosted run.
  • Separately authorize and verify deployment/rollback; latency remains deferred/unverified.

Owner: Codex integration/CI. Evidence and commands: RI-08 report. The earlier broad component checklist remains a planning scaffold; these checks do not close engine/API service readiness.
